Office Exercise
Feeling a little stiff in the office? Backache and stiff shoulders? Let’s do some simple office exercises, received this from my dad, haha, now who said dad’s are just stern and not fun?
Let’s start off with some deep breathing

Sam fu kap, saaam fuuuu kaaap…
Next let’s relax our shoulders

Pom Cak Cak, Pom Cak Cak
Now for some upperbody movements

Lian lian lian, haik!
Now loosen up the lower body

Left, right, left, right
Let’s do the twist

One, two, turn
We’re getting serious now

Break some heads
Let loose and flap

I believe I can fly
Zig zag, Zig zag

Let’s do the boogie
Now let’s go all out

Begone sui ki
Reach for the stars

One two, pose!
Relax… turn your head

I’m all dizzy now…
