2008 Day 37: Shadow play
Our shadows in the evening sun, shadows can be fun too if you play it right.
Tip: Look out for shadows, reflections etc. instead of the usual direct subject shots.
2008 Day 36: Kim pow (Golden packet)
A variation to the traditional chinese ang pow (red packet), the kim pow (golden packet)!! Interesting that we have such a variation of packets nowadays, some are even multicolored!
Tip: Get close and low to get as much detail as possible, try a few angles to find the best possible angle to show your subject dynamically.
2008 Day 35: Giant broccoli
Giant broccoli in his hands, a first attempt at doing this trick, somehow the illusion isn’t that perfect in this shot, have to try it again.
Tip: Try getting your friend to pose with a faraway landmark or object such as leaning on a tower or grabbing onto something. The results can be quite entertaining.
